I'm added a new character with two introductory deliveries.

Alita last driver got his brain fired from orbit. She needs a new driver and will introduce you too ongoing jobs with an underground gang.

This patch also involved behind the scenes work to make sure we can support lot of characters. e.g the terminal has a scroll bar and so on.
